Who we work with
We welcome partnership inquiries from healthcare practices and discharge planners; community service organizations and nonprofits; attorneys, courts, and reentry organizations; employers and HR teams; colleges and universities; government agencies; and other organizations seeking behavioral-health support or referral relationships.
Ways to work together
Professional referrals: Connect individuals with appropriate T.H. & Associates services, including therapy, Virginia MH-IOP, medication-management availability, and evaluations.
Employee counseling: Discuss counseling support or defined behavioral-health services for employees and organizations. Consultation: Request behavioral-health consultation for organizational, workforce, programmatic, or service-delivery needs.
Critical-incident support: Discuss responsive behavioral-health support following workplace or organizational critical incidents.
Training and education: Explore customized behavioral-health trainings, workshops, and educational programming for organizations and teams.
Evaluations: Ask about available evaluations and professional referral requirements. Evaluation findings are based on the assessment and are not tied to a requested outcome.
Contracted behavioral-health services: Discuss defined service programs, staffing support, counseling initiatives, or other contracted behavioral-health needs.

Start a professional referral
For clinical referrals, contact our intake team so we can help identify the appropriate service and secure referral route. Do not send patient records through the general partnership inquiry form.
How partnership conversations work
Tell us about your organization, the population or workforce you serve, the service you are seeking, where the work would occur, and your expected timing. We will review fit, capacity, scope, geography, and next steps. If the proposed work is a fit, responsibilities, communication, staffing, pricing, and deliverables can be defined before services begin.
