Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program (MH-IOP) in Virginia
When weekly therapy is not enough structure, a Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program can provide more frequent support while allowing participants to continue living at home. T.H. & Associates LLC offers a virtual MH-IOP for adults in Virginia, with rolling admissions and an assessment process to determine program fit.
About our Virginia MH-IOP
Our MH-IOP is designed for adults whose mental health needs are appropriate for an intensive outpatient level of care. The program provides structured treatment across multiple sessions each week while participants remain in the community. Admission is based on assessment, program eligibility, and clinical fit.
Program schedule
The virtual MH-IOP meets on the following Eastern Time schedule:

Tuesday: 6:00–9:00 p.m.

Thursday: 6:00–9:00 p.m.

Saturday: 10:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
Rolling admissions are available. T.H. & Associates is accepting new patients, with the first group session scheduled for October 13, 2026.
Virtual care for adults in Virginia
The MH-IOP is currently virtual only and serves adults located in Virginia. Before enrollment, our team will review participation expectations, technology requirements, the assessment process, and the steps needed to begin.
Medication management and coordinated care
Medication management may be utilized by IOP patients when clinically appropriate and available. Patients may also continue coordinating with other treating providers as needed. Our team will explain the appropriate next steps during intake and assessment.
